What a great school! Really fantastic to hear from all you pupils from previous years. Great to think you're still thinking of us. We always remember you. Talking of which, how's Miss Curley getting on? We've heard she's been teaching in Cheltenham. No, Mr Abbott isn't quite ready to take on the heady experience of collecting coffee money even though he drinks so many cups a day (only joking!).
Have you seen the new pictures?

Great to read all your comments. I knew that last year's year 6 would love it at Roseland. Look after each other but make new friendships too! Hi to Miss Curley - we are missing you too (no-one to keep us in order!).
Multi cultural week just before half term was great - thanks to Mrs Williams from St Mawes for working so hard to get all the funding.
Keep in touch everyone and be good.

The Catterpillar Ball and The Butterfly Ball were fantastic. Thankyou to all the children who came and had a good time and thanks to all the helpers - especially the staff waiters and waitresses. Mr Bowyer was great as a DJ!
The Butterfly Ball was simply fantastic and raised a tremendous amount of money. I will let everyone know the final figure when all the bills have been paid but with the proceeds we aim to put in new computers to the computer suite and pay for 3 more interactive whiteboards.

I just saw the banner saying that Mrs. Grey is retiring.

Doesn't seem possible. Maybe they retire teachers at the age of 35 now !)

Have a wonderful retirement.

I was a student in this school last year and I think it is a wonderful school to work in, it has lovely teachers, it is a nice environment and there are fabulous opportunities to go on. In year 6 you go to the Isles of Scilly for a week/5 days and its a brill trip, you go and sight see and spend wonderful evenings with your friends it is truly a wonderful trip to go on and a wonderful school to go to. Oh yeah, before I go, Hi Miss Curley.

Just heard that three of us will be visiting Canada at half-term to take a look at some schools over there. Sounds really exciting and I hope we can set up a e-pals group with our children. We'll have to ask the Y5 and Y6 children if they'd like to have an e-pal from Canada!
